TRICARE covers physicals:

If you're Active Duty Tricare Prime, here is the 2021 Cost Sheet also showing Tricare Prime Active Duty - no copay for all covered services - this includes physical therapy outpatient service. Please see attached for further proof. Despite all this - the front desk argues they are right and I have copay. What they're doing is FRAUD. Note: Visit our Copayment and Cost-Share Information page to view 2020 costs. Ambulatory surgery costs apply to same day surgery in an outpatient hospital setting or ambulatory surgery center. TRICARE Select, TRICARE Young Adult Select, TRICARE Reserve Select, and TRICARE Retired Reserve annual deductibles apply.; TRICARE Young Adult costs are based on the sponsor's status.

• When required for school enrollment.
• For overseas travel for active duty family members when:
  • The family member is accompanying an active duty service member on assignment and
  • Travel is because of orders from a uniformed service.

TRICARE doesn’t cover annual sports physicals.

But, TRICARE does cover:

• Well-Child exams for all children ages birth to 6 years (through age 5)
• Annual Well Woman exams
• Annual Health Promotion & Disease Prevention exams for all Prime beneficiaries
• Health Promotion & Disease Prevention exams for all other beneficiaries when given in connection with a covered cancer screening or covered immunization
